efficiency and environmental friendliness of our homes.
For example, we use high-performance windows with special coatings and nonconductive framing materials to minimize heat loss and maximize energy savings.These windows can cut energy usage by up to 50%, significantly reducing heating and cooling costs.
We also use cellulose insulation, which is made from recycled paper products, to create super-insulated walls and ceilings. This increases the R-value of the home, which measures the effectiveness of insulation, and can reduce heating and cooling needs by up to 80%.
Our commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency has real-world benefits. Our homes are up to 80% more energy efficient than typical new homes, and can save homeowners thousands of dollars on their energy bills each year.
